| History of NintendoNation I created NintendoNation as my first ever website project back in Autumn 2003. My aim was to create a site that would be informative and fun. I partially succeeded, but lost interest as I turned my interest towards creating a specialist website all about The Legend of Zelda series (Woods of Mystery) which you can visit here: www.freewebs.com/clocktowncentral Since then I have created several websites, each with different themes. All of them lasted for a while before I decided to concentrate on Woods of Mystery. However, I have always liked the idea of having two quality websites rather than several smaller ones with little in the way of content. That is my current goal - to continue Woods of Mystery and develop NintendoNation and remove the others. I have listed my 'diversion' sites below:
All of these websites were short-lived; although Dr. Mario's Clinic lasted a little longer than the other two.The idea of developing this site instead means I can incorperate many things from all three into one website. You will find links to two of these websites; Animal Crossing Wishing Well and World 1-1; further down this page. As I mentioned, I will continue to update Woods of Mystery as I always have done as my love for The Legend of Zelda will probably never die! Although this site will have some Zelda related content, I will not make it a strong focus for this site for obvious reasons. Anyway, back to the history. Some months before developing (or not developing) these diversion sites, I decided to go back to my original site - NintendoNation. I called my update Version 2.0 and promised everyone big changes. This sadly never happened, my apologies everyone. Still, I'm sure you all found somewhere else to get your Nintendo information! After about another year and a couple of months, I have decided to breathe some fresh life into my oldest website. This time I will try my best to develop a useful and interesting Nintendo site for you all to enjoy. Here's to the future! While I develop this version of NintendoNation, feel free to visit the old 2.0 version of the website here: www.freewebs.com/nintendonation You can also check out some of my older sites at the addresses below: www.freewebs.com/acwishingwell There's not much to look at on either of these sites, but feel free to go there anyway. |

About Me My name is Stuart Feek and I am 16 years old. I live in Norwich, England, UK. I am a big Nintendo fan. I have been playing Nintendo games since the days of the SNES. I have always stuck with Nintendo's systems since then and have bought all of their major consoles. I have amassed a fair collection of games now, but I won't list them all as it would seem like a sorry excuse to fill some space; and that's exactly what it would be. I don't buy the games to collect them though, there I just so many I want to play and the only solution for me is to buy them! When I can tear myself away from Nintendo games I like to play sports such as badminton or tennis and enjoy meeting up with my closest friends for a good old chat. I am also a big TV comedy fan and enjoy the likes of Only Fools and Horses, Red Dwarf, Open All Hours, The Brittas Empire and Fawlty Towers. The internet also occupies a fair degree of my free time. I technically live in two places. I live mainly with my Dad, but regularly visit my Mum and Sister at their house (which is only around 15 mins from my Dad's by car.) This keeps everyone happy, but can often leave me confused as where I am supposed to be I often find that things I need at one house are at the other. Ah well, such is life. I have recently finished Year 11 at The Blyth-Jex School and I am currently taking my GCSE Exams. I intend to study English Literature, Geography, Psychology and Computing at A Level. My great ambition in life is to become a writer. I have written several poems in the past that have been published and I am in the process of writing a novel. I wouldn't call myself a keen reader at the best of times, but I enjoy a good book now and then. Feel enlightened. |
